To view personal communication messages you must first LOG IN (using your username / email and password). Then select "View Profile" from the "My Account" menu and then the "My Messages" tab. If you have been asked for additional information or clarification, you should use the Reply field and the attachment fields just below the message sent to you to send your reply.

The submission of clarifications / supporting documents in any other way cannot be accepted.
