Based on the Law, the Fund, which was established in accordance with the provisions of article 9 of the Promotion and Encouragement of the Use of Renewable Energy Sources Laws of 2013 to 2018 which were repealed, continues to exist and operate and has the powers provided for in the provisions of this Law
